Job Description

What you need to know before your interview: Only Work from Office applicants will be preferred. No freelancer will be considered.Salary: 18k to 25k per month.
Minimum- 1.5 to 2 years of experience is a must.Ideally, we are looking for designers who are great at designing social media posts, website banners, layouts, illustrations, product labels, and other digital marketing materials with an understanding of business domains from a marketing perspective. I am ultimately looking for a top-notch designer who is organized and has a natural ability.Responsibilities:

• Understanding the client’s products and services in the business domains.
• Creating high-end graphics for marketing materials.
• Good understanding of the design values and rules.
• Creating and implementing digital advertising strategies for social media posts, banners, long-form articles, and website pages to attract customers.
• Developing and maintaining a consistent brand tone, image, and style online
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, technologies & trends.
• Reviewing, proofreading, editing, and uploading completed work before publishing
• Reviewing and interpreting social analytics to measure and guide the effectiveness of future post designs
• Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Coral Draw, Adobe Premier, and other related graphic designing/video editing software.

Requirements: – Experience with digital marketing agencies or ad agencies preferable- Degree in graphic or marketing design preferred.- Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences.- A good understanding of visual design principles.-Curious about understanding various business domains.-Creativity and graphic design skills.-Proficiency in Marketing disciplines.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR18,000.00 – INR25,000.00 per monthBenefits:
