As a Level 2 NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues related to Windows servers and network infrastructure, and ensuring the stability and reliability of our clients’ IT systems.Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to alerts and incidents related to Windows servers, network devices, and infrastructure components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to Windows server operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network services.
• Perform advanced network troubleshooting, including analyzing network traffic, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing performance.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPN configurations.
• Resolve issues generated from Backup management solutions (eg: Veeam, Datto, Azure, ..)
• Resolve incidents with in respective SLAs
• Assist with the design and implementation of network infrastructure projects, such as network upgrades and migrations.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent solutions to prevent future incidents.
• Collaborate with Level 1 NOC Engineers and other teams to provide guidance, mentorship, and escalation support.
• Document all incidents, resolutions, and procedures followed in our ticketing system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in Windows server administration and networking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in Windows server administration and networking.
• Proficiency in Windows server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2012/2016/2019) and Active Directory services.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.), and network security principles.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA) are a plus.
