Position: Country Manager

Location: Kenya

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the organization’s operations in the country, ensuring business growth, profitability, and expansion.
• Develop and execute strategic plans, including business planning and budgeting, to achieve company objectives.
• Oversee daily business activities in alignment with operational standards and relationships with key stakeholders.
• Establish business priorities to meet customer requirements while maintaining high service standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost management, and operational efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks in operations, commercial, finance, strategy, and compliance.
• Lead and develop teams, ensuring performance excellence through coaching and talent development.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand revenue streams, including Value-Added Services (VAS).
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by improving service quality.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze sales figures, and forecast future sales volumes.
• Balance transactional operations with value-added sales functions to maximize profitability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, business development, and profit center management.
• Proven track record of managing P&L, client relationships, and team leadership for at least 10 years.
• Strong experience in a related industry (Immigration, visa processing, Outsourcing, government services, or similar sectors).
• Preferred Hindi Speaker(or any Indian regional language) with proficiency in the local language and Spanish(preferred not mandatory).
• Deep understanding of financial management, operational efficiency, and revenue generation strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
