Inshorts is looking for a Product / Business Analyst to analyze, optimize, and propel our product forward. Join our team! Dive into user behavior, product performance, and market trends to shape our product strategy and drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze product and user data to identify trends and opportunities
• Define and monitor KPIs like engagement, retention, and conversion
• Support A/B testing and feature experiments
• Build dashboards and visual reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to prioritize features

Required skills:

• Solid understanding of product and user analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
