Remuneration: As per industry standards

Role & Responsibility:

• Respond to all queries from customers and drive relationship with them
• Increase sales through providing relevant information in a timely manner to customers/clients
• Identify Prospects from existing database through cold calling/email/whatsapp
• Generate new leads through social media/email/whatsapp marketing
• Manage all data in CRM system
• Update product information in company website/catalog
• Generating monthly reports for clients

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in similar profile with any ecommerce company
• Good command over English – verbal & written
• Business Writing ability
• Outgoing Nature, Ability to interact with people is a plus
• Basic Knowledge of all major social media platforms & internet
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• A keen eye for detail
• Problem-solving aptitude
• GraduateRoles & Responsibilities:
• Maintaining relationships with Trade & Business Partners
• Keep in touch with them to receive orders and follow up on collectibles
• Keep them informed about new products, services, schemes etc.
• Handling inquiries / complaints from Customers, targeting the satisfactory closure
• Responding to Customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
• Gather customer feedback and share with Management
• MIS reporting and analytics

Skills & Competencies :

• Energetic, motivated and self driven
• Working knowledge of MS Office & Internet
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Past Experience in similar role in a product distribution or sales driven company
• Graduate in any stream

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
