Repair devices using proper tools.

Exhibit excellent communication and rapport building skills along with active
listening to meet the needs of different audiences.

Learn and understand the products, repair processes, service centre processes
and systems and be responsible for keeping knowledge up to date.

Handle all concerns and complaints professionally while adhering to
timelines.
*
Organize workload in order to meet customer requirements as efficiently as
possible, adhering to quality and quantity.
*
Follow all Company as well as Apple guidelines at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
