Job Description:
We are a product development company, looking for a Technical Team Leader to help our developers to develop and deploy products in environments like VMware and Citrix.
Responsibilities:
1. Be the “go to person” for software developers for technical queries.
2. Understand clients’ environments (VMware / Citrix etc.)
3. Get the software developers to write / convert our products to be fully compatible with the aforementioned environments.
4. Write technical specs from the high-level discussions held with clients and / or other senior members of the organisation.
5. Interact / collaborate with different teams across the globe who are working on various technologies / platforms.
You MUST possess:
1. 5+ years experience in developing and deploying software products in VMware and / or Citrix environments.
2. Deep understanding of
– how virtual environments work and help software developers to write code that are compatible with those environments
– Java (10+ years) with recent experience and implementation of solutions using Spring Boot, React JS
– web services
3. 5+ years in managing software developers adhering to highly scalable programming.
Nice to have:
1. Google appspot / Google Cloud experience
2. Deeper understanding of the databases and relationships
