We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Project Manager to join our CEO & Managing Director’s Office. As the Chief Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company’s strategic projects, ensuring their successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the CEO & Managing Director to develop and manage the company’s strategic projects.

· Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements in collaboration with project teams.

· Manage project risks and issues, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks and the resolution of issues.

· Ensure the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

· Manage project teams and ensure that they are aligned with project goals and objectives.

· Liaise with other departments, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives.

· Develop and maintain project management methodologies and best practices to improve project delivery.

· Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to the CEO & Managing Director.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

· At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in the insurance sector.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

· Proven experience in managing senior stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
