Job Description

The Processor Architecture Research (PAR) Lab at Intel Labs globally leads research into futuristic high-performance and highly-secure CPUs to extend Intel’s general purpose compute leadership deep into the next decade. PAR Lab are also researching accelerator-based architectures for next-generation Artificial Intelligence (AI), compute-in-memory architectures and heterogeneous memory systems. Research Scientists will engage in power/area/performance driven architecture research and microarchitecture development. They will develop advanced technologies while also contributing to scientific literature/conferences and developing Intellectual Property.
Qualifications

Advanced degrees in EE/CS are required; PhD is preferred. Research experience and/or extensive product development expertise is a plus. Inside this Business Group
