This job opportunity in IFS will be part of the Customer Design Engineering (CDE) group which is responsible for enabling select Mixed Signal solutions in the Intel system foundry that brings the best of Intel technologies to IFS customers, differentiating and accelerating their solutions from architecture to post-silicon validation.

Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing complex High Speed Mixed Signal IPs used by foundry customers. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Specification to microarchitecture, RTL implementation for new features, defining Power intent strategy, handling of signals crossing power/clock domains, Ensuring FE Quality checks in various logic design aspect ranging from RTL static checks to RTL synthesizability check, timing/power convergence, netlist quality check, Formal Equivalent Verification and providing timely support to verification and validation team.

Qualifications

Candidate must be pursuing a Master of Science/Engineering/Tech degree in VLSI Electronics Engineering
Strong fundamentals in Verilog/VHDL/System Verilog is a must.
Understanding of complex High Speed MSIP Architecture like High Speed Tx/Rx/CDR/PLL is a plus.
Should have strong knowledge in Unix environment along with scripting skills in C/C++/Python.
Candidate should have excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, as well as good written and verbal communication skills.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
