Urgently hiring a Facility Manager for a reputed Facility Management Company . Qualification require is BE or Diploma in Electronic.Work experience of 5 years and above as facility or property manager who have handled soft service and technical service. Candidate should have the knowledge of DG, STP,WTP, HVAC etc. Should have handled big unit. Soft service chemical and consumable knowledge is required.Should be able to prepare MMR and MIS report. Computer knowledge and good communication in English is required.Candidate should be located 15 km in and around Jayanagar Bangalore.Age group required above 35 years. work location will be jayanagar 9th blockJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: From INR40,000.00 per monthBenefits:
