Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Interior Design Visualization Specialist with at least one year of professional experience to join our creative team. The successful candidate will craft high-quality 3D layout designs, develop building elevation concepts, and execute interior design plans.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design 3D layouts that effectively utilize space and adhere to design guidelines.

• Create building elevation illustrations and comprehensive interior layouts for various residential projects.

• Develop engaging visual walkthroughs to present design ideas to clients.

• Collaborate with the design team to maintain consistency and meet project specifications.

• Modify designs based on client feedback and project demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Interior Design or related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in 3D layout design.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion.
