We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Fresher/Experience both can apply
- High school degree/Graduate (Pursuing not allowed)
- 5 day working only
- Rotational/Night/Day shifts available
- Candidate should reside in Ahmedabad,Gujarat (Outsider not allowed)
