International Council of Education Employment and Empowerment – IC3E [ICEEE] is the first education council in India to promote “Education Empowers” approved by the Government of India.

An Education Officer will promote learning anything – anywhere – any time on the cloud. ECOUNCIL.ORG is the world’s first council to promote E-learning. Education – Empowers the citizens across the globe. ECOUNCILORG will formulate, develop, promote, educate, certify empowered training programs.

ECOUNCI.ORG will create employment for the global citizens with self-determination and self-realization using Cloud-based ICT. ECOUNCIL.ORG will be advocating a multipurpose multi-skilled liberal and modular education system.
