INTO University Partnerships Hiring for Customer Services Specialist at New Delhi Full Time

INTO University Partnerships have an opening for a Customer Services Specialist to join our team in New Delhi India.

You will be reporting to the Senior Country Manager, India and will be responsible for providing in-depth support to a range of internal and external stakeholders including students, international officers, and Recruitment managers.

You’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with various areas of the business as well as support our students throughout their overseas study journey.

• Providing administrative and back-end support to the International Officers and Recruitment Managers, Enrolment Support Officers, Lead Nurture Officer & Pass Team housed in our UAC, Delhi
• Be comfortable simultaneously handling multiple students with differing needs, and at times serving as the communicative cog between the student and relevant university contact points
• Provide students with assistance on a wide range of steps related to their overseas study journey
• Communicating with students looking for a wide variety of information on INTO portfolio universities digitally and in person.
• Maintain a general level of knowledge about the unique selling points and admission procedures of the INTO portfolio universities
• Carry out timely and regular follow-up with students, colleagues, and education agents
• Understand and adhere to protocols concerning the entering and reporting of all activities and engagements with students utilizing central CRM system and application platforms
• Always present a professional and positive image of INTO
• Greet visiting parties, including but not limited to local education agents, institutions, corporations, and other potential stakeholders
• Maintain the highest possible standard of customer service while always putting the student first
• Provide support to the Senior Country Manager with daily Centre activity reports
• Be flexible and willing to work on evenings and weekends
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

This position is based in New Delhi, India

Salary

The salary is up to 780,000 INR based on experience
