Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the receivables process, including billing, accepting payments, and collecting.
• Timely and accurate delivery of invoices to clients is essential.
• Resolve any billing issues by following up with customers to ensure prompt payment.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial records related to revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Customer accounts should be reconciled, and any errors should be fixed.
• Provide regular reports on accounts receivable to management, including aging reports and cash flow projections.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure that they are up-to-date.
• Assist with month-end closing activities as needed.
