More than 4 years of support experience,

involved AMS support exp. with 1 full-life cycle PM implementation and integration with modules MM FI & PP
Good Knowledge on MM process
Master data – Material, Equipment, Functional Location, Class, Characteristics, Task List, CAtalogs, BOM(Materials / Equipment)
Plant Maintenance process- Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, PM Notifications, Maintenance Resource Scheduling, Maintenance
Work Identification approval, Material refurbishment/requisition, Work Planning, Work Order approval, Work Execution & completion.
Spare Parts Integration with work Order Management
MM/PM Integration – MRP, Inventory Management, workflow, Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order release strategies.
Batch Job knowledge of job logs, monitoring, scheduling, job variants, spool files, job docs, programs, steps, etc. Exposure to interfaces with other systems
Unit testing, preparing detailed functional specification
Sound communication, soft skills – verbal & written
Ability to work independently.
Exposure to some ticketing tool and worked under ITSM Framework
Proactive and go-getter

Good communication and inter-personal skills
