As a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you will collaborate the whole Inviso portfolio. Building relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and being persistent in delivering a world-class service are all attributes that are required for this role. The key focus for you as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist is to execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on passive candidates, with the aim of achieving high quality, cost effective and timely filling of roles. You will work closely with a US-based, international recruiting department and with hiring managers across the globe to provide input into sourcing strategy and real-time feedback on sourcing strategy effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with Hiring Managers to identify requirements for each position
• Partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
• Being the first point of contact for candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process.
• Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral-based approaches and screening criteria
• Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with workforce plans.
• Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to obtain and capture up to date market intelligence and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities.
• Sourcing from job boards (LinkedIn), niche platforms (Behance and Github), associations, employee referral programs, social media (Twitter, Facebook) and internet searches

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of progressive recruiting experience for technical and non-technical roles, with a focus on passive candidate generation, engagement, and closing strategies
• Experience recruiting international candidates for a global organization
• Very good at networking – able to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seeking new sourcing options and developing creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Hyper organized, but able to shift course on the fly and reprioritize, making sure everything continues to move along.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with other languages helpful for global recruiting
• Very strong skills in creatively sourcing from job boards (LinkedIn), niche platforms (Behance and Github), associations, employee referral programs, social media (Twitter, Facebook) and internet searches
• Familiar with IT technology (Cloud computing, IoT, AI etc.), developments and trends and strong knowledge of Boolean search logic, Outlook, ATS, web, Excel, and Word
• Maintaining a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and being persistent in delivering world-class service
• Decisive and able to push back constructively when appropriate.
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Experience working for or supporting Microsoft Corporation helpful, but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline
