IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Hiring For Shift In-Charge at Barnala, Punjab Full Time

Basic Purpose & Function:
Leads and directs shift personnel in the manufacturing of products maintaining 100% compliance to the planned requirements, to obtain customer satisfaction. To maintain a disciplined & safe working environment by ensuring that all safety procedures are followed & practiced. Responsible for meeting cost reduction initiatives. Liasoning with the Maintenance and utility Department to ensure running of plant at all times during the shift. Oversees shift working in his respective area, and works closely with all production personnel to solve daily problems at the floor level. Responsible for coordinating manpower to required levels.

Position:
Reports directly to the Plant Manager. Guides & directs the other chemists/ operators in his area of responsibility on daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Responsible for ensuring that all associates achieve safety, productivity, and on-time performance goals. Will ensure training of production personnel through PTS software, QMCS compliance and zero Audits(internal/ external) non-compliances.

Skills:
Technical: Practical working experience in Production area, PP area in an API / intermediate manufacturing set-up. Knowledge of GMP & c GMP guidelines, Practical exposure to safety requirements on the shop floor in terms of man, machine and material.

Behavioral: Team player, Good communication skills(oral & written) , ability to lead and direct others.

Education & Experience (minimum requirement):
B.Sc./M.Sc. (regular course) from recognized university with 8-10 years of relevant experience in the related field of operations.
