IQVIA Hiring for Lead QA Analyst at Bangalore, India Full Time

Essential Functions

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance processes and procedures in MDM, Database/DWH and ETL projects

a. DB: MSSQL Server, Azure, Oracle, Redshift, Snowflake…

b. MDM: Reltio, Informatica, EBX, IBM, SAP…

c. ETL tools: Informatica, Talend, SSIS…

• Very good knowledge in software development and testing lifecycle and exposure to tools such as JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM or others…

• Good knowledge and hands on experience in MDM and DWH concepts, SQL queries and Joins.

• Able to perform Requirement analysis, effort estimation, preparation of test plan & test case, , test data preparation, test execution, status reporting on test activities (defects defect closure and quality metrics).

• Configure and maintain testing environments

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills – constant communication and follow-ups with various stake holders to track deliverable during test planning and execution phases is mandatory for this role

• Should be well versed with data analysis and report validation

• Knowledge in agile methodology

• Experience working within an onshore-offshore model

• Strong leadership skills, team player and flexible to work across technologies and projects

• Ability to work independently, mentor and guide test engineers

• Very good logical thinking and problem-solving techniques

• Ability to perform risk analysis and mitigation

• Good team management (team size of 8-10 members)

• Hands on experience in automation tools is an added advantage

• Experience in pharmaceutical domain is added advantage
