Primary role will be to part of the Managed services team [Post implementation services], responsible for handling data integration issues, change request handing, unit testing and delivery of high-quality support to modules/changes with first time right philosophy. The ideal candidate should be well versed in understanding, adapting quickly to large scale complex projects/products having multiple integrated systems and complex ecosystem. Also responsible for investigating complex incidents/issues that involves data integration issues, identifying bugs and providing solutions to different integrated systems. Work as a strategic partner with product team.
Key responsibilities –
• Quick ramp up on the existing product/process/tools and provide solution at a faster speed.
• Good team player but independent enough to work as an individual contributor and give technical directions to the team
• Should technically sound enough to handle end-to-end project activity independently
• Should have supported clients on live production environment at SME level
• To participate in project handover activities, understand the BRD documents, to be able to perform the enhancement activities independently post hyper care period
• Handle enhancement requests or bug fixes in the existing integration flows
• Take responsibility to identify stories from epics
• Take responsibility to write unit test case and execute them.
• To participate in reviews of input docs like functional specification.
• Handle product, data and platform migration activities, collaborate with the testing team to perform sanity checks

• To Support all the ongoing activities for all the client projects assigned
• Participate calls with client/stakeholders and provide technical suggestions
• Is accountable for timely delivery of deliverables for the tasks assigned in accordance with Service Level/Operational level Agreements
• Give inputs to the management to prepare the reports
• The candidate is expected to technically manage and give directions to small team of 4 to 6
• Should technically be sound enough to handle end-to-end support/services activities independently
• Quick learning capabilities to quickly learn inhouse products
• Ensure that the knowledge is retained within the team, create backups to ensure the business continuity
• Proactively look for automation, process improvement opportunities and drive them by bringing operational excellence by working as a strategic partner with the product teams
• Keeping all stakeholders appraised about all the important technical issues, incidents, problems, progress and status
• To participate in a regular internal status follow-up of the project with leads and other managers and provide honest and clear updates
• To participate in audits and ensuring that no NCs
• Confident and good communicator
• Mentoring/training/ knowledge transfer to junior team members as necessary
• Willing to work in shifts [mostly during UK/Europe shift hours] to support global clients
• To identify HW/SW/tools required and, if required, setting environment
Technical Skills Required:
Qualification – B.Tech, MCA, B. Sc. (Comp. Sc. Or IT), BIT with 7+ years of experience
Essential –
• Should have sound knowledge and working experience on Mulesoft, Anypoint Studio and REST APIs
• Holding a valid Mulesoft certification is an added advantage
• Strong in at least one programming language – Java or Python preferred.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on at least one RDBMS (Oracle preferred) or a NoSQL.
• Strong technical experience on data Wearhouse or ETL tools
• Strong SDLC, configuration life cycle experience
Desirable –
• Prior work experience on Pharma industry or Pharma datasets.
• Experience on integration tools other than Mulesoft
• Working knowledge on SFDC [Salesforce Cloud]
