IQVIA Hiring for Senior Software Developer at Bangalore, India Full Time

Monitor, follow-up and provide partner operations in accordance to SLA for IQVIA partnership program.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for operations requests (HTML5/Salesforce)

• Willing to work in evening shifts to support America and LATAM region

• Liaise confidently with different functional group (Product Support, Delivery Enablement)

• Responsible to follow standard operation procedures (SOP) and provide solutions within Service Level Agreement (SLA) in good quality

• Establish and maintain effective communications i.e. provide regular feedback to manager on metrics, work challenges/issues and successes

• Build a positive, collaborative team environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

• 3 to 5 years of work experience in development or operations (technical)

• Background in Pharmaceutical domain (An added asset)

Skills

• Technology: HTML5/Javascript/CSS3/JSON/jQuery/jQuery mobile/ CORS. Salesforce (desired)

• Experience in responsive web development

• Experience in handling browser compatibility

• Good debugging skills with browser extensions and server tools

• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
