Job Description • Knowledge of QuickBooks and Xero • Calculation of GST, TDS, Professional Tax, EPF, Vendor payments timely follow up with Banks etc. • Invoicing, NDA’s, Work Orders • Vendor/Client Management • Documentation, Monthly Reports

• Primary Responsibilities
• Prepare, verify with work order, and process invoices for sales or services rendered.
• Enter data on quick book and Xero prepare the invoices; ensure proper coding on documents.
• Sending reminders and communication with customers via phone, email, mail or quick book for collections.
• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions and entering them into the quick book and Xero accounting software.
• Update receivables by totalling unpaid invoices.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information
• Resolve valid AND invalid or authorized unauthorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
• Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account, verifying totals; preparing reports.
• Generate monthly, quarterly or annual financial statements and reports detailing paid and unpaid invoices and other accounts receivable activity.
• Knowledge on general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements of Indian taxations and accounting, GST, ROC Return filling and TDS etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office including skilled of Quick Book and XERO accounting software.
• Collect, verify the Vendor invoices from the Ops team, book the same into the software.
• Process the domestic vendor payments on weakly basis and international payment son Monthly basis.
• Post the payment, send the remittance advices to vendor, and reconcile the ledger/balance on time to time.
• Co-ordination with CA, CS and labour consultant for Statutory compliances.

• Quick learner and easy to adapt the changes and result oriented
• Good Excel knowledge is must
• Work requires willingness to work in Flexible time.
