⦁ Good experience in Windows IIS administration
⦁ Having good experience in Installation, Configuration, Deploying Applications, Troubleshooting, Performance Tuning and Maintenance.
⦁ Good experience with IIS Security.
⦁ Comfortable working with websites, virtual directories and application Pools.
⦁ Good knowledge & hands on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
⦁ Experience handling upgrades, capacity planning and provisioning as daily functions
⦁ Strong experience with Windows servers
⦁ Experience with certificate services
⦁ Knowledge and experience with server based administrative activities (User Admin, backups)
⦁ Should have exposure and experience working IT systems problem management tools
such as (HP Service Manage, Clarify, Jira etc…)
⦁ Manage load configurations and provide recommendations for improving performance
⦁ System thinking skills to understand decisions and constraints in the wide scope pertaining to whole of the solution at hand; the ability to abstract and model problems
⦁ Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
⦁ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks
⦁ Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
