Accountant Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data; preparing reports.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Preparation of invoices, purchase orders, proforma invoice.
• Reconciliation of Bank statements with data received from Bank & clients.
• Monthly filing of GST Returns.
• Filing of TDS returns.
• Posting journals.

Education, Experience, and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in, accounting, or finance.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience with financial reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of Tally.
• Knowledge of Zoho.

Salary: ₹11,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
