- Working on Private Equity, Structured Equity / Debt and M&A Advisory Projects, working both on sell side as well as Buy Side of the transaction
•Assisting the IB leadership team in conducting industry research, market mapping and preparing mandate pitches
•Building financial models, pitch presentations, teasers, information memorandum etc
•Liasoning with clients and preparation of transaction collaterals
•Candidate would be expected to get actively involved at every stage of the transaction, working closely with middle / senior management teams
•Provide transaction support to the clients throughout the deal lifecycle
•Candidate would be supported by associates and analyst team in the IB team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹2,000,000.00 per year
