Profile Summary We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for hiring the best talent (top 5%) across the globe by ensuring quicker turnaround time and having a ready recruitment engine that is constantly filtering good talent. This position is responsible for improving the hiring process by using innovation to source talent through multiple channels, creating a great candidate experience and building an employer brand. • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, focusing on closing open roles in the shortest turnaround time (TAT)
• Serve as a talent acquisition business partner to internal stakeholders
• Work closely with business leaders to influence, deliver quality assessment and high-touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel.

• Proactively focus on direct sourcing, referrals, LinkedIn, GitHub, and other cost-effective sourcing strategies to ensure a consistent top-of-the-funnel pipeline of qualified candidates
• Stay current on innovative recruiting technology, trends, and practices
• Collaborate with HR and other partners on process improvements, events, employer branding, and various other initiatives
• Be a champion of a company’s operating principles and unique company culture
• Maintain exceptional data integrity and drive our Application Tracking System (ATS) Breezy

• Proactively forecast and manage pipelines to remove bottlenecks and help achieve hiring targets.
• Lead Weekly meetings and update on pipeline, forecast, and other metrics
• Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress
• Mentor and coach, the team and keep them motivated to outperform.

Skills/ Competencies

• 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a technology company, preferably at a high-growth company – MUST
• 3+ years of sourcing and researching using various tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience meeting candidates and assessing their skills, ability, and fit

• Proficiency with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques, and software collaboration tools
• Tech savvy (up to speed on the latest and greatest recruiting tools)
