Job Description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic person with great communication skills in French, who can interact with our international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and manage customer concerns and expectations and coordinate with the sales and operations team
Act as a single point of contact for change management and coordinate issues with stake holders
Develop long-term sustainable relationships with customer and their teams
Professional Skills:
- Knowledge in MS Office
Qualifications Required:
- Strong communication skills in English and French
High level of proficiency in French – speaking, reading and writing
Willingness to travel (occasional travel to France to meet Customer)
Education: Any UG Qualification
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
