Full Job Description
4 plus experience in ServiceNow
Good with scripting (server side and client-side scripting)
Experience on Flow designer, workflow, catalog item / record producer creation, MID servers, service portal
Should have worked on implementation projects.
Must have knowledge on integrations with third party applications with ServiceNow (MS Teams integration, SNOW-AD integration, SCCM, CSD, ITAM etc.,). Integration using ServiceNow spokes.
Experience on IntegrationHub, Agent workspace, virtual agent chat designer
Good with communication and maintain relationship with clients.
