Acting as the front face of the company
Responding to service request of the customers received on phone or e-mails
Clearly communicating the service differentiation
Making sales pitch
Proper follow up with the customer
Closure of the deal
Handing over the case to the operation team for delivery
keeping track of the delivery
Delivery of the service to the customer
Education – Min. graduation
Requirement – Good English writing and communications skill in English
Salary – 2 LPA.
Only Noida, New Delhi and Delhi candidates can apply.( Due to covid-19)
Note – Training will be of 3 months . During training period regular
office visit is required . After training WFH will be there.
Only those candidate should apply who can attend office in Noida sector-2.
