ixamBee is an online test prep and learning company that leverages technology to customize content and make quality education accessible. We help unskilled graduates and undergraduates in preparation of competitive exams for jobs in the central government, banks, state governments, railways, LIC, etc. About 40 million students appear for such competitive exams every year, most of them coming from tier 2-3 cities and villages. ixamBee is team consist of professionals who have previously worked in IT, Banking and finance sector (RBI, MakeMyTrip, SIDBI, ICICI Bank, CARE Rating, HDFC Bank) and have graduated from top institutes such as IIM Ahmedabad, ISB Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee, IIT Bombay, Delhi University and others.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Resolve day to day queries from learners.

• Communicate with learners milestones via email, whatsapp or phone call

• Spend some time daily on self learning & build domain expertise and career landscape knowledge

• Incorporate developmental suggestions and feedback received from management

• Should be competent to handle multiple learners and help them identify their key strengths

Skills Required

• Should have strong active listening skill

• Should be able to empathize with the learners and display a non-judgemental attitude

• Should have strong english proficiency

• Should have a flair for speaking, negotiation, customer handling & manage tough situations with ease

• High customer-centricity is a must in order to understand student expectations and support them to achieve their goals

• Should be able to learn quickly, be agile & carry the ability to develop strong subject matter expertise

• Always curious to know/learn more and have an interrogative mind

Experience (Functional Competence)

• Should possess a Bachelor’s Degree

• Prior experience in coaching & mentoring roles would be a great plus

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
