Full Job Description
The Accounts and administrative assistant performs a variety of general accounting and admin support tasks including but not limited to:Maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).· Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.· Reconcile records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.· Recommend actions to resolve discrepancies.Responsibilities:· Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.· Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current and filing forms.· Preparing cheques, deposits, budgets and financial reports.· Maintain Ledgers, Journals and other financial transactions and resolving discrepancies.· Abiding by all company procedures and accounting & admin principles.· Responding appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests.· Ensuring Accounting Department office administration runs smoothly and efficiently.Qualifications:· Commerce Graduates with Competency in Microsoft Office & Tally software.· Age should be less than 35 years.· Preferably female candidates· Verbal and written communication skills in English a must.· Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 7 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Hindi, Gujarati (Preferred)Application Deadline: 31/03/2022
