To direct and lead quality assurance inspectors in the performance of their daily job functions. To replace the QA inspectors when there is absenteeism. Provide frequent feedback to the QA Supervisor on all quality issues.

• Monitor inspection activities and offer assistance to assure adherence to quality control, procedures, instructions and workmanship standards.
• Assure that all inspection tools, gauges, visual aids, are in proper working order and of the latest revision.
• Assign daily activities of quality assurance operators and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Co-ordinate, direct and participate in the activities of the quality assurance department.
• Replace QA inspectors in the daily job function when there is absenteeism.
• Prepares and maintains visual aids based on DCC Processes and documentation structure.
• Prepares calibration tracking list and tracks to ensure that all equipment is properly calibrated.
• Understands and monitors scheduled in-process SPC and makes ordinary data collection and statistics for quality problem discovery by process trial run.
• Makes quality reports based on MES operation, functionalities, production data and reporting.
• Drives corrective and preventive actions based on Corrective Action Reports (CARs) for different areas: customer, internal and supplier.
• Attends CAC meetings to follow up or verify corrective actions.
• Collects data and inputs into DBW sheet
• Verifies VA/WI and QP/PCP conformance
