Job description:
Designation- Sales Engineer

Education Qualification – Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering/Automobile Engineering
Work Experience 3-6 Years
Salary Budget (CTC per annum)- As per industry norms
Job Location- Bengaluru
Job Duties:
Responsible for retaining existing business and grow business in existing as well as new customer within the region.
Key Job Responsibilities
Identify additional sales opportunities and execute the sales strategy for the assigned area.
Educate and evaluate the end-user and the needs of the channel partners to help develop the appropriate plan to meet and exceed the objectives.
Encourage and maintain excellent working relationships with distributors and end-users to develop partnerships.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of projects to drive the annual sales growth plan.
Keep customers well informed about latest technology developments and product innovations.
Regularly review the changes and dynamics of the market to ensure that the opportunities are in line with the company’s strategy.
Prepare regular progress, status and forecast reports to management in the assigned area.
Key skills:
Should have good Skills and experience in selling Precision cutting tools in a Japanese company
Good communication skills
Local language is mandatory (Kannada)
Experience: 3-6 Years (Not more than the said years mentioned) working experience in selling Precision cutting tools from similar industry
Can consider candidates working with Distributors as well.
Requirements:
Engineering graduate in Mechanical/ Industrial Production with 3-6 years work experience in Production / Manufacturing Engineering /Process Engineering /Sales Application, preferably precision cutting tools
Should be Competent in understanding and communicating all product and technical information.
Able to assess customer needs competently.
Good presentation skills, drive to bring co-ordination and cohesiveness amongst all functions to implement the decided strategies and achieve sales plan.
Strong administrative/communication skills.
Should be willing to travel & be willing to work with cross functional teams to meet customer needs.
