Your Impact:
Responsibilities associated with this post will include:

• Collaborating closely with the creative, sales and wider Jacobs team to produce a variety of 3D digital and motion content, including explainer videos, showreels, prototyping, animated presentations, marketing campaigns, brand design, public consultation films, social media content and internal communications.
• Development and preparation of creative style-frames, storyboards, proposals, and motion tests.
• Communicating your ideas clearly and with confidence.

• Converting complex briefs into engaging digital and moving image.
• Liaising directly with clients.
• Adding value by offering innovative creative solutions that provide us with a competitive edge in the marketplace.
• Keep up to date with the latest visual trends and developments in motion, design and visual effects.
• Be a source of inspiration for the wider creative team, including knowledge sharing and mentoring other members of our creative community to develop their 3D skills.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Essential Criteria

• Creative, passionate and bundles of enthusiasm.
• 3 – 5 years-experience in a relevant role.
• Excellent working knowledge of Blender and/or Cinema 4D.
• Conversant in Adobe CC core software – must have experience of After Effects and/or Premiere.
• Must be a competent user of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Highly organised, self-motivated and passionate about data, design and digital.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to contribute creative ideas.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and to prioritise design focus accordingly.
• Encourages inclusion and diversity in everything we do.
• A collaborator, who puts team success before individual gain.

Desirable Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working within an agency / studio environment.
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine.
