Key responsibilities :

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding management.

• Manage attendance and payroll

• Handle employee grievances and leave management

• Work on company handbook and policies

• Vendor management and looking after administrative work

• To draft agreements and other admin work

• Complete employee life cycle management

• Create SOPs for reporting and appraisal

• Work on employee benefits and retention programs

• Handle exit formalities

• Coordinate with accounts department for salary payments

• Working on payroll, deductions and return filing

• Keeping abreast with changes in labour law and other statutory compliances

Key requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and at least 1 year of experience in payroll management

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Should be well versed in the complete recruitment process, onboarding and exit formalities

• Must be able to set up SOPs from scratch and monitor the progress of the assigned projects

• Must have worked in cross-functional teams earlier.

• Must have hands-on experience in building a team or setting up a department from scratch.
