Overall Handling of Day to days activities of operations. Looking into overall development of Branch including sales, marketing, training, accounts, compliances, etc. liasioning with govt dept, police dept, labour unions, etc as required. Evaluation of all works and reporting to Directors. Recruitment of operations teams as and when required. Should be able to give training to guards , facility guards, team events. Team Management ability. Replies to emails of clients and others. Assisting in survey and investigations. Regularly meeting with clients. Follow up with debtors for bad recoveries.etc
Candidate with own vehicle 2 or 4 wheeler will be preferred. Should have past experience in Security Agency.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
