Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results- driven Business Head to lead our affiliate partnerships business for the JNM e-commerce initiative. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and entrepreneurial individual to play a key role in shaping the growth and success of Khojle’s affiliate partnerships. The role will have P&L responsibility of Affiliate vertical and will have the responsibility to conceive, launch and manage new digital assets of affiliate businesses by expanding the scope of the current businesses and shall engage in launch of new digital business projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships with affiliate organizations to expand JNM e-commerce venture reach and revenue opportunities.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate partnership strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for JNM e-commerce venture.
• Identify and onboard new JNM e-commerce venture partners to expand the Khojle network and ecosystem.
• Manage relationships with existing affiliate partners to optimize performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including marketing, product, finance, legal and technology, to support affiliate partnership initiatives.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to track the success of affiliate partnerships and make data driven decisions to drive business growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market developments to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion.
• Lead a team of affiliate partnership managers and coordinators to drive results and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Proven track record of success in developing and managing affiliate partnerships in the digital commerce or e- commerce industry.

• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of the digital commerce landscape and emerging trends in affiliate marketing. Prior experience working in a start-up environment or with government initiatives is a plus.

b)Behavioral :

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partner organizations.
• Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving business goals.
