Our newest e-commerce venture- Khojle.com! First as the only Indian digital publisher to collaborate with Open Network For Digital Commerce (ONDC) to innovate the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

●       Set up sales and merchandising for Jagran New Media’s e-commerce platform powered by the ONDC.

●       Drive monetization and top-line growth for Khojle.

●       Develop and implement a content-to-commerce strategy for Khojle.

●       Own P&L for Khojle

●       Establish operational processes for the sales and merchandising functions.

●     Collaborate with digital marketing for targeted campaigns to increase traffic and conversions on Khojle.

●     Develop and monitor merchandising metrics, reporting insights to management and stakeholders.

●     Conduct market research and leverage consumer insights to tailor product offerings.

●     Coordinate with customer service to address feedback and improve product and service quality.

●       Partner with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Design, HR, Finance, Legal, Technology

Job Specific Knowledge & Skills

●       Functional:

○       Deft at Sales, Project Management with both internal as well external stakeholders.

○       Highly skilled in Business analysis and Problem solving

○       Experienced in defining and delivering on business goals

○       Ability to setup review and tracking mechanisms with data first mindset and generate relevant business insights and actionable

○       High ownership, attention to detail

○       Able to Manage competing priorities and make trade-offs with business first mindset

○       Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal and experienced in preparing and presenting reports for periodical business review with internal and external leadership

○       Adept at leading cross-functional teams and implementing strategies to drive business growth, revenue and foster positive team environments

Qualification & Experience:

●       Education:

○       Post Graduation from Professional Institutes or Top Tier B Schools – Full Time Classroom program pass outs only

●       Experience: 5-9 years with at least 4+ years of sales experience, 3+ years in e-commerce

○       Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas

○       Experience analyzing data and best practices to define business growth metrics

○       Experience in managing and driving consensus with internal and external stakeholders in cross-functional organization

○       Should have developed a fair understanding of overall business P&L management, Sales and Operations.

Should have experience in driving growth for large scale line of business or products.
