Jaiswal Group Hiring for Data Entry Operator at Gāndhīnagar Full Time

• Enter information from source documents into the corresponding computer forms, files, and databases.
• Create a PO (Purchase Order) based on the site’s material requirements, then share it with the concerned vendor for material purchases.
• Convert data to the necessary electronic format.
• Print data as necessary
• Update software by taking data from the site and vendors.
• Coordinate orders for the site’s requirements.
• Speak with vendors about the availability of materials on site.
• Finish assignments within the allotted TAT.
• Consistently entering purchases into the system.
• The system’s daily consumption data entering.
• Site-by-site stock transfers through the system on the regular basis.
• Updated the system every week with closing stock taken from the site.
• verify the veracity of the primary sources; For documents that are missing information, get more details.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹100,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
