The Manager HR & Admin will be accountable for the fulfilment of Organizational need of heading complete gamut of HR & managing back-end processes related to HR functions to support current & ever-growing business needs. The Position will engage with all the functions / function heads / 2nd Line managers / Team Leaders / Team members of to bring on desirable talents.The primary responsibilities of this position includeIdentifying innovative means of sourcing probable candidates, interviewing, recruiting, onboarding all the positions of the organization as per business need.Managing Back-end HR processes will also be the key responsibility.This position will also manage a team of HR & Admin which includes building up of a strong HR team, assisting them for their better performance, monitoring of their day-to-day activities of admin, designing suitable culture in the organization to ensure efficiency.Managing all HR Back-end ProcessesManaging PMS / AppraisalsPayroll & Compliance management like PF/ ESI / WC / Insurance etcAttendance & Leave managementTraining & Development – Coordination & its managementExit FormalitiesEmployee engagement activitiesCompany Policy implementationBranding Campaign on social media PlatformsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:HRM: 7 years (Required)IT & ICT Hiring: 3 years (Required)Overall HR Operations: 10 years (Preferred)
