JB ARSEN Hiring for Admin and Accounts Associate at Cochin Full Time

• Job Details :

• Accounting and maintaining Cashbook, Bankbook, Ledger Accounts, Journal Vouchers, etc. on daily basis;
• Preparation of expense summary on monthly basis;
• Preparation of Invoices on monthly basis and sending it to clients;
• Reconciliation of statements such as Debtors, Creditors, Banks, Inter-company, etc.;
• Preparation of debtors outstanding statement and sending it to clients and follow up for payments;
• Creditors reconciliation and payment processing;
• Preparation of monthly salary statement and processing;
• Preparation of TDS pay-out details on monthly basis and remitting it;
• Preparation and filing of TDS returns online;
• Handling office administration activities;
• Assisting in GST returns and Tax Audit;
• Interaction with auditors and meet other statutory matters;
• Physical verification of Fixed Assets and its reconciliation.

• Educational / Technical Qualifications & Experience

• B Com Graduate or CA inter
• Advance computer knowledge in MS Office, Tally ERP & Tally Prime
• 2 or more years’ experience in accounting / finance

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
