Job Description:
-Achievement of workshop targets of Parts, Lube, Paid Labour
-Timely opening of job card and allocation of Service Engineers on the job
-Follow up with customer to understand the problems in machines. Providing them exact repair quotation and explanation regarding further required works to be conducted in the machine
-MIS Reports submission as per given timelines and payment follow up/clearance of dues with customers
-Maintenance, Cleanliness & Safety measures at workshop
-Proper utilization of available technical workforce

Candidate Requirement
Minimum technical graduate (BE/BTech)
Having experience of handling technical team
Leadership skills
Good communication & computer skills
Problem Solving & good interpersonal skills.
Experience:
2 – 10 years
