Roles and Responsibilities
- RESPONSIBLE & INFINITELY PERFORM AS GROUP LEADER; TO FORM – NOMINATE, EDUCATE & IMPART KNOWLEDGE, COMMITTED, SELF MOTIVATION TO GROWTH, ULTIMATELY STRONG TEAM PLAYER & GROUP GUARDIAN
MONITOR DELAY REPORT & CO-ORDINATE WITHIN GROUP SHIPMENTS & TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IN ALL RELATED SHIPMENT PLANNING / ACTIVITIES INCLUDING HOMYAR TOWARDS COMMON GOAL – CLIENT SATISFACTION & SERVICE EXCELLENCE.
RESPONSIBLE FOR LEAVE PLANNING OF GROUP TO VOID ANY ISSUES DURING ABSENCE OF GROUP MEMBER.
SOPs EXPLAINED TO GROUP RELATED TO IMPORTANT CORPORATE & PROJECT CARGO
PROTECT BACK-OFFICE ACTIVITIES & TEAM MEMBERS & SHOULDER RELATED RESPONSIBILITY TO VOID ANY BACK-LOG / LATE UPDATION
RESPONSIBLE TO HANDLE ALL KINDS OF SHIPMENTS ( FREE HAND , NOMINATION, BRACH AND PROJECT CARGO )
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience within Freight Forwarding industry is necessary.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as this role requires daily liaison with clients and networking capabilities
Good Numeric and analysis Skills
