Responsible for planning and developing new product as per customer requirement. Product design verification and suggestions. New product development with existing range. Preparation, review and control of internal technical documents

Education:

Graduate / Post Graduate in Polymer Science / CPET / IIP-post Graduates with 10-12 years of experience in leading Flexible Packaging Company

JD:

Sound knowledge in flexible packaging processes like printing – gravure/flexo, Lamination – solvent base / less, extrusion lamination, cold seal / hot seal applications, slitting, pouching & bag making, blown & cast film processes, varieties coatings like, barrier, heat resistance, antistatic, surface modifier etc…

Hands on experience of laboratory equipment, analysing laminate structures, carry out studies of barrier properties, functional properties of various types of laminate structures and pouches, capable of carry out product – package compatibilities, innovative mind set with can do attitude
