JOB PURPOSE

Data Transformation and Orchestration is key responsibility should be able to work independently in creating ETL jobs/ data pipes from on prem/Cloud to Data Lake / EDW , Should be able to work with Structured/Semi Structured/Unstructured data types

• Should be able to work on cloud environment AWS/Azure ,Create structures in S3/Blob ensure data quality and consistency

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Understand Data Model and structures
• Create Data pipes for data replication between source systems and EDW/Data Lake
• Create ODI ETL jobs for data replication from source systems to EDW
• Writing SQL/Procedures/Functions to process and extract Data
• Delivery of assigned Tickets with in accepted timelines
• Ensure Quality of Delivery
• MAJOR CHALLENGES
• Working with Semi Structured and Unstructured data types
• Replication to multiple Heterogeneous sources
• Ensure 100% data consistency

DECISIONS

• Decision on process to be automated
• Decide business marts required
• Decision on process to schedule for daily run

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications

Qualifications

• Any Graduate and above
• Should have working knowledge on ODI 12C
• Should have working knowledge on Oracle SQL/PLSQL
• Should have good knowledge working with ADF/DMS services
• Should have good knowledge in Data transformations and using of services like GLUE

Work Experience

• Min 4 to 5 Years of Experience
• Experience in Data Transformation and orchestration is mandatory
• Working experience on columnar data bases
• Experience in Cloud environment
• Experience on working with data from multiple databases.
• Experience in designing Facts and Dimensions
