Requirements

Experience : 10 – 15 Years (Experience in working with large scale business having national foot print in the following industries Telecom, Retail, BFSI Energy, Petrochemical, Power and Manufacturing)

Education: MBA from TIER 1, Tier 2 in Human Resource Domain

Job Description

1. Managing Employee Relations, Statutory Compliance and liaison with government authorities.
2. Determine compliance system and planned arrangements are implemented timely.
3. Plan audits and review non-compliance reports.
4. Managing Employee Relations, Statutory Compliance and liaison with government authorities.
5. Determine compliance system and planned arrangements are implemented timely.
6. Plan audits and review non-compliance reports.
7. Train JC Manager, FC&A Leads with respect to statutory compliance at Jio Center
8. Filing of periodic returns
9. Maintenance of MIS
10. Guidance to Operations team on discipline issues
11. Ensure closure of legal notices
12. Attending Court Cases and hearings
13. Attending Labor Inspections
14. Managing liaison with Enforcement officers, local bodies and other external stakeholders

Skill Set

1. Exposure to Ethics & Compliance frameworks, and investigation.
2. Self-starter, have the ability to multi-task, possess good communication.
3. Experience in working in Telangana and fluent in Telugu.
