Senior Paid Ads Specialist

This role is directly responsible for setting up and managing paid ads across Google Search, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn for Jive’s B2B and B2C clients. You’ll be responsible for developing targeting and budget recommendations, launching campaigns on various platforms, optimizing ads based on KPIs, reporting on campaign metrics, and providing actionable recommendations for improving performance on an ongoing basis.

This is a prime opportunity for a skilled, self-motivated paid media specialist, who has demonstrated a record of success in demand generation with paid social and PPC, to showcase their expertise and make an immediate impact on a rapidly growing digital agency.

Reports to: Senior Director of Digital

Main job duties:

• The Senior Paid Ads Specialist will serve as a strategist and executor, with an emphasis on paid advertising and SEO.
• Develop comprehensive paid social media and search strategies, including campaign planning, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization.
• Manage, execute and optimize all paid campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and other channels through continuous A/B testing, competitor analysis, keyword research, creative optimizations, and trend insights to achieve KPI targets.
• Forecast performance and spend for future budget recommendations.
• Analyze campaign performance data using KPIs, relaying actionable insights back to the team and adjusting strategies accordingly to ensure campaign goals are met.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the paid social media advertising space and incorporate them into our marketing strategy.
• Grow existing campaigns while investigating and implementing new ways to profitably acquire leads.
• Drive channel and campaign optimization by testing new techniques, analyzing performance data, and re-allocating resources to top performing campaigns.
• Share best practices with social and design team to identify testing opportunities and test new channels.
• Set-up and utilize Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Supermetrics to understand the full funnel and user-journey.
• Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
• Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
• Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media across Jive’s clients
• Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
• Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

Desired Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 4 years of paid ads experience at an agency
• Experience in Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
• Experience in Google Analytics or comparable analytics platform
• Strong testing capabilities for campaigns prior to launch, including proofing written and visual creative
