Job Description:
Achieve/ exceed sales targets for the Biosense Webster Franchise within a designated region, and in a manner, consistent with the CREDO, company policy and goals.
Has experienced knowledge of the products, and a good understanding of the other J&J products and service offerings.
Has in depth knowledge customer’s needs and sharpened high reaching knowledge and market trends.
Works with all levels of customer management and develops long term positive customer relationships, building dedication and confidence in J&J Medical as a preferred supplier.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide the best clinical case support to the Electrophysiologist.
Build balanced, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the assigned territory by involving them in our scientific engagements at regular intervals and through effective coverage at the right frequency.
Maintain optimum call cycles to build customer relationships.
Proactively identify Professional Education needs to develop the awareness level among customers.
Promote and lead training activities, training and professional education to improve the knowledge of health professionals.
Maintain knowledge of competitor’s products and strategies in the local market, analyze market trends, identify threats and opportunities and recommend and implement strategies and plans to address them, Share competitive information and suggestions for countering competitors with colleagues, Work with manager to identify customer in, service needs to support customer delivered healthcare services and use of products efficiently and optimally.
Identify specific actions to improve job performance in specific areas, participate in nominated training programs, Active self, learning strategies to maintain knowledge, Reviews own sales performance against objectives and adjust focus as indicated to achieve sales goals Studies and fulfills region coverage plan which defines the type of support and frequency of customer contact required to meet territory goals.
Recommends plan adjustments as needed. Optimally apply new learning on the job
Qualifications
Qualifications :Education:
Proven track record of Healthcare Sales between 3-5 Years,
Experience in the domain of Cardiac Electrophysiology is prerequisite
Biomedical Engineering background preferred
Other: Proficient in English & Hindi
Able to travel to locations across the country at a short notice to provide clinical case support.
