As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization, reporting to the Finance Technologies Lead, this role will be responsible for setting the vision and strategic objectives for the Global services product group. This role will own the holistic product group value delivery working closely as a strategic partner with IT and business leadership teams. As a leader, this role will develop a culture of value delivery and continuous improvement while ensuring a connected and cohesive strategy across the product group.
As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and a digital expert in global services, this role will deliver products and platforms that create exceptional experiences for employees within the company and for external talent across a wide range of global services products. This role will also be responsible for supporting large-scale, high-visibility global technology initiatives across North America, LATAM, ASPAC, and EMEA regions and drive outcomes that matter in our local markets. This role will lead a set of technology product owners managing cross-functional and self-organizing teams to drive agile ways of working and high-quality product delivery.
Responsibilities:
Define vision, goals, and objective for the global services product group, co-shaping strategic demand with the business and aligning business and technology strategies to technology delivery
Work hand-in-hand as a strategic partner with business teams and drive engagement with third party partners to deploy global services technology products
Lead continuous improvement across the global services technology product lifecycle and lead engagement and relationships with third parties
Work across global services product squads to define and deliver innovative solutions, ensuring a coordinated and cohesive strategy
Manage a team of technology product owners and product squads across the global services product group
Maximize return on investment from global services products by ensuring all product teams “build the right thing” to drive business value in alignment with stakeholder expectations
Lead and manage a cross-product roadmap for the Global services Product Group including deploying the latest technologies across core global services products
Lead and manage release planning, inform the product backlog, and resolve dependencies and resource collisions
Collaborate with leaders across global services products to ensure successful market launch and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
Define and track metrics to measure value generation from global services products including end-user KPIs, product group performance, team health, and product group maturity
Drive the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) on behalf of the global services technology product group
Work closely with the portfolio manager and the business to continually plan resources and manage financials for global services technology
Qualifications
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience as a business/technology owner in global services or related field with responsibility for P&L and key performance indicators of the organization
Deep understanding of industry trends and user needs, ability to create a value proposition for the user and a vision for global services technology that best support business goals
Manages a broad set of internal and external business drivers and financial metrics across the enterprise in order to prioritize technology solutions that drive business objectives
Experience developing global services systems, tools and business solutions such as Salesforce, Domino, Genesys, etc.
Thought leader in developing systems and tools to serve the customer
Product / Digital experience:
Experience in underlying conceptual models based on human-centered design principles to deliver a fully-aligned, context-driven experience
Foundational skills (at minimum) in data engineering, cybersecurity, intelligent automation and emerging technologies
Demonstrated success in leading teams and creating an environment that fosters delivering results through collaboration in cross-functional teams
Ability to foster a culture of empowerment and accountability to bring clarity around purpose and vision, eliminate barriers, and push decision making to the lowest appropriate level
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field
